well... i made this banner for my forum.... i wanted to know if you guys thought it was good or not. please dont think this is advertising or anything. i just wanted your comments or ratings. if its bad then im gonna make a new one.

I think it very nice. How did you get Al's (Really what should I call them? Prints? Lines? Tattoos?) tattoos to glow like that?

to make it glow... all i did was apply the image and go to filter> blur> gaussian blur. and set the blending mode to overlay. then apply the image and go to fillter>blur > gausian blur. then let it to lighten. it should glow a little. then erase the parts that dont need to glow.
(lower opacity if you need to.) i think thats all....
