Envy
Lust
Wrath
Gluttony
Sloth
Greed
All of those feelings are sin, they are all out-of-moderation feelings..
"Too much of a good thing is bad" yeah, its kinda like that
being too proud of yourself > Pride
Being overly hateful > Wrath
Lazy..overly lazy > Sloth
Eat WAY to much food > Gluttony
Overly...wantish..you have to have everything > Greed
etc, etc..Thats all sin, they are called the 7 deadly sins b/c they basically are the origins of all others, It is believed that Pride was the first sin..(IMO, It was Envy..But I can see how pride works too..I still think it was envy though)
Sins cause crime, temptation..they give birth to Assholes, snobs and lazy good for nothing people..Hateful, against the world ..etc
Without them it would essentially be heaven on earth..But, even if they were gone, our intelligence would remain..and would probably start everything all over again in some form or another.
