The forum is facing tensions, and if you haven't noticed the threat is very real. The forum is Dying, and pretty soon it will be hopless to fix. I have had a rather long talk with Krazy on this.

It seems to be no one takes her athority seriously, no one listens to her advice or input. Well, This is a serious issue people. Krazy is the best roleplayer here, NOT ONLY that, But she has been here very long, and has tried to keep this forum up. The roleplaying section of this forum is dying, some one even pronounce it dead. This fate is obvious, and needs to be faced.

It also appears DG feels the same way, I don't know for sure but I get the feeling he feels ignored.

A big issue is the SPAM intake this forum chokes down per day, its litterally amazing. This whole forum is only living through spam topics. Yes, I know Togas bar is one of the leading issues here but its original purpose was to be the new SCS's Singles bar..its now some kind of spammy monster that seems to bite back at me.

The Roleplaying forum is empty, its dying and most who enter it either cant roleplay or have no one to do so with..This is a big issue, its a major part of the forum and it use to be the most thriving part, this forum cannot live on spam alone..really.

I think we need to just disscuss the issues at hand, and the fate of this forum.. so, please do so here..b/c I know a lot of people are getting upset about all of this. Tensions are rising and water is boiling..I don't want this to be a hate fest.

Well, the homunculus team only RP in their Practice war thread. Its working pretty well.. I think the reason why the RP board is dying is because its too small. All Rp areas are crammed in one RP board, which only shows the most recent of topics. So chances are you wont think anyone replied to ur RP since u cant see it.
Expansion of the Rp board seems to be a necessity.

Also, there seems to be some prejudice against those in State alchemists and Homunculus. They don't RP together anymore, chatting between them has stopped, and ultimately, their influence is moving to the RP board which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. What happens in the RP board does not affect the outside Forum, or vice versa. You can socialize, make friends and stuff, but petty rivalry is not permitted.

Also, No one line posts, no three line posts. If you nothing meaningful to Answer in an RP, then don't. We'll see it as spam and delete it. A paragraph minimal.

I'm not handing out anymore warnings, so if you people go COMPLETELY off topic and do multiple posts I will delete them at sight and raise your warning meters.

The RP area needs to be expanded, there needs to be one category per city

Example:
Ametris :

Eastern - active topic

Central - active topic

Resembool

(after all of those, the countrys)

Xing

Drachma

(etc)

so we can see more of the rps

And as for stopping spam I think im going to temporarily lock down the singles bar..maybe edit a few things

In my opinion >>;; I would say delete it. But since its in Roy's trashcan, its spam anyway. Besides, if we delete it, i know for sure people'll spam all over the place instead. So keep it, or clean it or whatever.

I did notice that the forums have been slow since the announcment of the war. Maybee people took it to seriously, and thats where the rivalry comes into play. I really dunno cuase I haven t been like that with anyone. Have I? :huh:

Anyway as to the rp board, I REALLY think you should expand it. Its been real slow, but then again that could be because its summer...

Yeah, it'll be easier that way for everyone. =____= Unfortunately this rivalry is just getting annoying. And I cant stand that "Sir" and "Fuhrer" crap.

yeah, this forum calls for a clean sweep.. I'm gonna start in the RP area and delete the dead / crappy ones..any finished ones will be locked and moved..

If you want you can do a spam control sweep, delete, lock move and w/e XD

Make sure to save the ones that actually seem good and can be continued x].

I didnt delete them, I just put all the really old ones in the trash...

the main reason why i stopped rping is cause i ran out of ideas... plus ..well nevermind.. anyways.. it did seem a little cramped.. >> i ain't really contributing much so i guess thats all.

Yup, the RP forum is dead. Shame...I had so many ideas. (Some of the best ideas I've ever had for an RP, too) I bet a lot of others did too.

I feel like apologizing to my RP characters right now. Even the ones I have in my head and were going to be characters on this forum but didn't. (I'm so weird...)
