um well copy the website by the pic then go to th img and past it then clik ok ok

Ok, first, upload your fanart onto a server,

For example, here.

After that, scroll all the way down and find the text that has "Direct link to image" near it. Copy that text. Open up a seperate window to the thread you would like to post the picture on, and go to add reply.

On the 'reply' page, click the button that says "IMG" and paste the URL.

If you need more descriptive than that, I'll make screenshots and post them.
