Umm naruto's sensei Jiraiya is a pervert, and he doesn't seem to mind. They wouldn't care I think. especially seeing how naruto and sasuke are. The only one who would prolly care (And pwn Kakashi for it) is Sakura. And cum cum paradise is a a series of books, so he was prolly reading the series and not just that one book in those 30 episode. If he can read and fight at the same time, I don't think he'd be a slow reader xD
