AMEN TO THAT! I love it! It may be old, and takes for ever, and is a piece of absolute CRAP, but it works better than my STUPID camera phone!

I use a digital camera. It makes drawings look washed-out.

Beh, I dunno if my scanner is old or not, not quite sure. All I know is that I can stick in some negatives in my scanner and upload them in my computer >>;; Not sure if thats normal or not.
Epson Perfection 2580 Photo XD. Pretty good scanner, even though my dad gave it to me as a hand-me- down.

XD You should try CG-ing if you have photoshop/painter7/ or Open canvas. It takes long but its pretty fun.

Sorries. I hope that you also get a scanner. It is so awsome! I never said that mine was new (which it isn't) It was a hand-me-down from my cousins who got a "better" one. That piece a crap with prolly break before long(my luck)......

I really do prefer drawing with pencil, though... not certain why, but... maybe because it's easier to get it to look the way I want it.

Mostly lineart I do with pencil and then enhance it with Photoshop. Or you can trace over it, but the coloring is mainly done on computer. Maybe I should make a tutorial to teach people >>;; Hmm... nah, I'm not taht good just yet.

With all due respect, ever try doing tht in MSPaint? It never turns out well... it's not a good enough program to pull that off without a heckuva lot of expertise and days of spare time...

I don't have photoshop....only Microsoft Picture It, and that is not very good.....

If the computer is Windows, you have it. It's as default as Freecell.

XD But then again, you can ask a friend who owns one if you can borrow it and download it. All you really need is the CD and the serial #. :mellow: $500, $600, $700, people actually pay for this stuff.

But it does wonders with pictures. Though the older models of Photoshop are still really good. XD

For $700 i'll buy a new computer heh....I don't know who spends all their money on those progams ($200 for windows XP), but they must be out their mind.....I need new everything for my computer, including new computer but this will work for now heh.
