>> unfortunately, I have to agree with this to some degree, I feel as if My love for penguins went a little too far, And the forum is in a way paying for it. I'm sorry, it was in control until people started to act out and take over/ be my penguins..(( *eyetwitches*)) eh, maybe I should do somthing about it, I dunno what. because it could lead to hyperactivigy/spam/worthless posting in the future, and the quality and flow of an RP could go down because *a penguin walks by* or they save somone, or bite somone, or shoot a gun, or what ever. (( btw in which they would never do without a command, they aren't curious idiots they are intelligent, at least mine are >> ))

As for the Melons, I dunno what that came from, and for spoons..thats just part of RoyMustang's name, evil spoon

im glad you sorta agree at firsy i thought it was kinda funny...but then it went on and on and got more serios...i finnaly thought someone has to say something! when there was a giant picture of toga on the main page...

I don't like them that much to begin with...That's a reason why i never said anything but yes i realized this point a long, long,long, long time ago.....

Michiko - June 23, 2006 01:42 PM (GMT)
Hehe, maybe... but some injokes are worth having. At this other site I was in, everything was blamed on the radioactive porcupines... they were in cahoots with the hampsters, you see.

Ahem. But I see your point, really. The penguin worship might be going a little too far, although I do not believe that any of the respectable roleplayers would bring that into aspects of genuine roleplay. After all, that's mainly for various OOC comments. I don't really think they can do much harm, although they have sort of infested the area. >>

I'm no stranger to randomness, but I do see just how odd this place is getting. A penguin cult... and since they're critters, and I DO love penguins IRL, I tend to support that, even if it might not be the best idea. I certainly think that Sozona-sama is smitten with the idea... *pokes her pocket penguin* I still love them, though. ^^; We'll just have to see how far the rabbit - er- penguin hole leads, and hope we don't end up with FMA in the Antarctic. ^^;

Alright, I just thought it was one BIG joke. I think penguins are funny, but I still think that cheetahs are WAY better. (they are my favorite animal)

Michiko - June 23, 2006 01:53 PM (GMT)
It is, rather. ^^

Dark General - June 24, 2006 01:41 AM (GMT)
The good thing is that they did not reach the gate or Rp boards yet. They just kind of branched out of nowhere......well maybe not nowhere but everybody on here is going bonkers over them... Kind of reminds me of how people was going crazy over Furbies,Beeny Babies and those tomagachi's during the 90's heh.

Michiko - June 27, 2006 06:13 PM (GMT)
Oh yeah! And you hear about people investing and thinking to pay for college through Beanie Babies... That was odd. I knew someone who had to go home from school because her Tamagatchi died and she was SOO upset... then they invented the 'pause' button on those. Best idea ever... parents had to babysit them while kids were at school.. I even had a teacher who had one...

Dark General - June 27, 2006 10:59 PM (GMT)
Yeah i remember people was bonkers over them like people on here is starting to go crazy over the penguins....I can see it headed down the same path...
