If you'd like to leave tips im open to hear them

I am hoping someone can help me out with how people had special backgrounds and what not to their Siggy's

For the pretty backgrounds you'd need a different program than what you have ES. n_n; And besides the auto font, like the Kanji font, you should download some newer fonts? I don't know these are just suggestions.
But besides that I really like your graphics. n_n I really like ther Aerith signature. n_n

well do you know any programs other than Paint Shop Pro 8?

Those programs that other have were most likely bought at a store. That's why I'm going to go buy a program the 15th. they have better programs than that, I can't say exact names right now, but like, I know what they are and where to find them. n_n if that made sence.

I have paint shop pro 8 but yous houldn't get it, it sucks;o;
my dad said at his work (he works for haynes or hayes howeva you effin spell it)
that on his computer HE HAS BUNCH LOADS OF GRAPHICS PROGRAMS
lol I clung to his arm I said "take me to work now" lol
but I don't know which one you should get, look at the boxes?? e_e;
