So what type of anime you guys like to watch? Examples: Action,Sci-fi,Physcological thriller,Horror,Magical girls,Mecha,comedy etc...

I like action (especially with blood,swearing, and great fight scenes), Physcological thriller, and science fiction (so far). I haven't seen a bunch of different genre's yet but i'm looking forward to seeing more.

I hate Hentia {spelling?} and Yoai.

Sci-fi, fantasy and action, although history-fiction and comedy's not bad and horror's always happy... it really depends. Mecha just annoys me... it's too much of a stereotype.

It really depends on the quality of the anime.

Action, DEFINATLY ACTION! That is what got me hooked on FMA! I hate ALL things Horror...I'm like the biggest chicken of the world. Comedy is always pretty nice, and Sci-fi Fantasy not bad either...AND I AGREE! No More Mechas!
NO Magical girls, NO YAOI, Nothing that makes you think to hard...and nothing that I couldn't watch in front of my dad....he's REAL over protective.

Yeah. I've seen Eva, Gundam, Big O... they're... um... interesting, but.

The only redeeming quality for big O is Roger's english seiyuu, but still. No.

I've seen the newest one Eureka 7, and it is KINDA strange, but the fact that Bones made it, is the only thing, that is keeping me interested...I see some MAJOR annoyances in this show as well... <_<

Really? I haven't seen it. Actually, I'm not sure if I ought to... I'm currently knocking out Getbackers and Saiyuki, anyways...

If its is not on CN, than I can't see it. I'm poor, I have NO money, and I have not ONE anime DVD to my name. CN is the only way I get my anime...

i'll watch any anime so long as it has one/more of the following:
blood/violence
naughty language
a good plot
characters that are likable
good humor
if it freaks the hell out of others i'll devinately give it a try :lol:

and i prefer anime that has good animation, but i still watch it if is doesn't. i really don't like it when they put those sex scenes in anime. ... it totally ruins it in my opinion.

and i'm sorry about that quig alchemist... you know you could always start ripping the dvds of freinds. :D

Yeah, I could, if I DO ever find a good ripping program...that, and they don't let me borrow them...which REALLY sucks. Oh well, life goes on! ;)

Eureka 7 that show sucks in my opionion. But i'll give it to episode 11 (that's what people told me the anime starts to really get good). The story is just to bland.


I like Big O, it was interesting. Gundam can go to hell for all i care.


Sex scenes in anime never really saw that yet..Only kissing and a couple of perverted characters. But i basically like anything that makes you think or have violence. I like good Comedy (I fooly and i Cooly).

Yeah Fooly Cooly was good i saw the whole thing. It's just pure funny and crazy even though the series is pretty short. I tried to watch some stuff on youtube but it takes forever to load on my compter. So i'm stuck (and commited) to buying the dvd's for series.

Yes it does happen alot with dialup. Some things take forever to load up while others is pretty fast.Yeah i'll get them and watch them.The cat i Used to have but i had to give back because it was to bad the name was not officail but we called him "rocket" because the bugger was fast.

I watch any anime with a good plot, like Full Metal Alchemist. My favorite ever anime is R.O.D. The TV which used to be on anime unleashed, and then they switched to something that had gun in the title... I also watch Ghost In Shell from time to time, it's on before FMA is...
Ah, Inuyasha, I don't know... It's really crazy, I can't keep up, but I watch it anyway...

i kinda stopped watching inuyasha.... cause it had grown to mainstream for my taste.

not sure about the link thing you mentioned, but i really like ghost in the shell. (what i've seen of it) i thought those robots had annoying voices, but otherwise its great. i seem to love the music for it.

Yeah i like Ghost in the Shell alot. You must be talking about the Tachicoma's (blue battle tanks).And the music for it is great in my opionion.

Ha that's true. Usually the words are good though. On the dvd's the first couple of eps usually have the words on the bottom of the screen...But you are right they sound really good either way.

Sure. The Big O theme... listen to the whole thing. Or the Naruto song.. that one Naruto song... the one that I now have on my computer because even though at first I hated it my friend kept inflicting it on me and now I... uh... have it... >.>

I was the same way....then I ended up recording it to my phone...I know the words, and I used to obsess over it....now I obsess over Rewrite! I LOVE that song!

I didn't really like the sudden change....It was only like 10 or so episodes left when they changed to rewrite...I don't hate it, but i don't like it...All of the endings were good to me.

No.. the last two ending songs I did not like. But al the openings were good.. although the first few were best.

How many different ending songs did FMA have? wasn't it around 4 or something.

3 openings-Melissa, Ready Steady Go, and Rewrite
4 endings-Indelible Sin, Undo, Motherland, I Will (I think that is right...)

Thanks because i couldn't remember if there was 4 endings or 5 endings...And i heard there was 3 openings but Adult Swim couldn't show it because of some of the lyrics, so they stuck with Melissa.
