The good ones aren't on YouTube, you have to pay to get the DVDs. Sometimes, they aren't even in the US.

i hate how much nudity and sexual stuf they put in manga's to get the attention of nerdy lonely teenage boys...

I hate overly cliched characters and anime plots. Pisses the crap outta me, I swear. I also hate Filler Episodes and annoying protagonists.

The long waits in between the dvd releases i hate that. And when they over price alright anime and make the price like it's one of the greatest shows.

I would have just edited my last post but i think this deserves a different post all together....Stop ruining the ending to great anime. really there are some really good series where there is a bunch of excitment and build up for the ending then the ending just kind of happens. No real closure just ending because they need an ending.

I hate all the GIANT ROBOT animes/mangas. They all seem to end up sucking, badly.


Oh, and I hate weak/wussy lead characters; they completely ruin EVERYTHING-especially when they have mental breakdowns...

Lilith, in the bible, was the first female demon. Satan was a fallen angel, cast from heaven. His followers are also fallen, or 'bad', angels. That part at least makes sense in the religion/philosophy region.

I'm not believing in any of that, myself, but I've been raised by a rabid Christian (my mom), so I kind of know a lot about the bible and its stories. I also find religion - all religion - fascinating.

Anyways. There was a lot of Christian symbolism, some of which was just plain blatant, in that show.

Holy crap, so I am not the only one that hates them...

Mangas don't seem to draw me attention as much as most animes do. In my opinion, it doesn't contain that much action. And it's not as "fast" as animes can be. Not to mention that I don't find a lot suspense in them, since they are only words and pictures together, unless it's a funny manga like Azumanga Daioh, which doesn't exacly have a real plot line.

True Alchemist, I have to agree with it. It's like porn is taking over the world or something. I hate to see them. But some of the animes/mangas have great plots and stories, but they show a lot of nudity. Gahh.

Mecha is alright (once in a while only) I thought that NGE was good actually.I like anime that makes you think like that. Now Gundam is another story i can't stand not one of their 11 different tv series (i counted before the nuber is either 11 or 10). I much prefer something with alot of action (ex:Sam Cham) and blood,cursing, stuff like that. Or physcological series.

The nudity is bah. Most of those shows is rated 18 and up and for a good reason (unless it's not rated at all). It can do without it sometimes, the one i don't really like is the over sized breast. I mean some of them is not even believable and the others are just that big for no reason. Take Faye (Bebop) or Fujiko (Lupin) they breast are that big because they use their sex appeal to get what they want and use it almost like a weapon.

I defiantly Hate Robot Anime! What is the deal with those things, the one that sucked the most was, No offense, Neon Genisis Evengelion....Shinji is such as loser and the anime plot is so scattered.

I think the breast thing is slightly entertaining, especially when you see the classic 'hot springs' scenes... they have their own life preservers!

Mecha and Robot animes get annoying, though some can be OK. However, they aren't rated that high in my book, sadly. Out of all the Gundams, only one made sense to me which was 8th MS team, THAT I liked. Gundam Wing was way too overrated.

Neon Genesis Evangelion, I watched the first time when I was like 10. I didn't like it then, I do not like it now. Psychological things are great, and Religion Symbolism is awesome in anime however... Evangelion was just messed up. The transition in the anime does not flow nicely with the theme. And those spazz attacks and flashbacks piss me off.

Also, attraction to animes come from characters within the story line. Not only were the main characters cliche'd (The loud and annoying Asuka, and the Quiet, soulless Rei) but Shinji was a TERRIBLE main character. He has NO redeeming qualities what-so-ever. He's a coward, he's a wuss, and he has way too many mental breakdowns. No wonder his dad doesn't care about him. It's absurd. There was no character that was actually likeable... maybe Misato or that penguin, but thats it.

Another terrible anime was .Hack//Sign. That show is SO boring I fell asleep in like 10 seconds. The .Hack games are actually pretty fun, repetative, but fun. But Hack//Sign has NO action, I think I only saw one fight scene and it lasted like 2 minutes at most. The Anime is 50% standing and talking and 50% Flashbacks. @____@ God those Flashbacks annoy me as RAWR!!!

And Tsukasa is probably mroe of a wuss main character than Shinji. He's a mage that cant use magic, he's a coward, and he's an idiot. That anime accomplished NOTHING and the ending Stunk almost as bad as Evangelion. He might as well STILL be trapped in that game, no one likes him in the real world ANYWAY.

Oh yeah, as for the Nudity. In japan it isn't as obscene as in other countries. To them, Violence is more obscene but hey, in America we got porn and its considered obscene! So what the hell, you can't stop it if the public likes it.

Also Japan is more open on those things cuz it brings out the outer beauty in women. Its not ALL just fanservice. It has alot to do with their beliefs and culture *I should know* Since they got public baths just like in Korea xD. So nudity isn't that bad.

Oh, another mecha anime i liked was Zoids. I thought it was pretty funny xD Bit Cloud can eat with his Feet! How awesome is that?!?

I'v seen them (Outlaw Star) it's okay but it has no real substance with the real story line. I have no problem with brig breast in life *Laughs* but in anime some of them are just there. Some i might add bigger than the girls head...

Really i didn't know Violence is worser than nudity. Hmmmm public baths you say.......... Nudity is not the bad thing,i guess the use of it in a anime is where some people don't like it. But since you explained it now it makes a whole bunch of sense to me (after all it is made over and only a few anime is aimed toward american people).I don't hate it, but at the same time i don't not salivating out the mouth either.It's just whatever with me.

Some people are Mecha freaks (i don't know why). I would sacrifice my beloved violence for some major thinking (Paranioa agent) but it would have to be very good. I like Samurai stuff specially (speaking of which i need to watch Ninja Scroll over the weekend) and some gunplay. But as long as it's got alot of violence i like it.

I really dont mind the nudity in anime or the violence. C'mon if your a writer or an artist you learn to realize that those qualies are a must have in anything you do, whether its Manga or a book.

The one thing that ticks me off is when they change the original story line and make the story seem like it doennt have a plot. Take Hellsing for instance, I mean the anime is cool, but the plot has no meaning unlike the Manga where they tell you whats going on from the get go.

They also did the same thing in DBZGX. I mean they make trunks look like a Fairy, to when he fought frieza and Cell...Man that bugs me.

i'm not against nudity, but come on. its ANIMATED for cryin out loud. is that really necassary? but then i don't have to watch it if i don't want to. so i don't. *shrugs* that's about all you can do with that kind of issue. like i say, its the sex stuff that makes me feel sicky. ... mainly cause when i was watching this anime movie (forget what its called) there was this awesomely cool fight scene then all of a sudden it showed these people having sex and i was like "WHOA. :blink: WTF!?!?!". and the worst part is that my mother was sitting there watching this show with me after i had just convinced her that anime wasn't perverted. .... it was a couple months before i got to watch it again. thanks alot you pervert directors! i had to fall behind on fullmetal alchemist cause of you! .......grr.

I agree with you faith they did make Trunks (my favorite character out of the entire series) soft, i mean he barely did any fighting at all not mention his horrible cloths (reminded me of how Bulma used to treat young Gohan). You are right sometimes the makers take a series too far because of what fans want. Did you know origanaly DBZ was supposed to end after the Cell saga but the fans wanted another saga so he made Buu and all those other ones.

in anime i dont mind the voilence... in fact voilence like fighting and killing.....well if you consiture every fight in neon genisis voilence that I LOVE VOILENCE!!! but the thing is...anime nudity is something i could live without...i get the whole cartoon thing but it discusting to see something as respected as anime showing nudity...manga nudity on the other hand...i have no problem with because its just a page nothing more...and hell nudity and sex sont bug people as much if it is a desired couple by the fan...

but if your a fan of MirokuxSango(totally different anime), Then the impact of them "doing" each other and seeing it graphicly then that has *little impact/no impact/or may even be encouraged*

I love violence.I love the episode "Splitting of the Breast" and "Introjection" for Neon Genesis not to mention most of thier fighting scences is good (even if they are on the short side).Anime nudity is just "there" for me.It's not a good idea ora bad idea just there. I actually like Ritsuko (even though she is *cough* crazy).Gendo is the man i must admit (even with his small god complex).I get what you are saying though. If it's actually part of the plot/story and the majority of fans like it then it's not that much of a big deal as if the scene was really irrelivent to the real story. But i love my violence,i don't if it's part of the story or not as long as there's a good action scene.

in neon genosis... im more interest in the characters lives...outside the eva's... my 2 favorite episodes... the one were ausuka and shinji have to live together so they can both defeat the angel that can split in half and make 2 angels.... and the one were auska goes to fight the angel that rapes her mind and drives her crazy...

but it was funny in the episode were shinji goes to rei's apartment and puts on the glasses and rei is in her towel and her towel comes off and shinji trips and his shirt is on her clothes drawer and in flys open and all of rei's...well you get it fall on shinjii and shinji falls on rei and he is laying over her and she's naked.... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yeah the mind rape episode was good. And the one with Rei and Shinji was pretty funny (reminded me of Ed and Psiren). "Splitting of the breast" is the ep in which [Spoiler] Shinji gets sucked into the angel that was like a shadow and at the end of the episode when everyone thought he was dead Eva Unit-01 split opened the Angel and jumped out of it while Shinji was knocked out[/Spoiler]

And the ep "Introjection" is [Spoiler] When Eva Unit-03 goes out of control and is classified as the 13th angel.Then it takes out Unit-00 and Unit-02.So then Gendo has to activate the dummy plug to rip it to shreads.[/Spoiler]

Two of my favorite episodes out of the whole series.

I Loved Trunks, he was awsome. Vegeta is still my fave though, hes so cool. I loved watching DBZ, Even the Buu saga was ok, but when the black star dragon balls and Baby came out I had to stop watching. It was wayyyyy outta control.

But the worse of it all was the one character who made my blood boil in annoyance was Pan. She was such a little.....Arrg. And I cant stand that Tunks ends up with her, thats wrong...Another anime that went to far was

Card animes are some annoying ones too, Like pokemon and Yugi-o. These animes ago wayyy to far.

I know. Card captors was cool, It was a little like sailor moon (Which is my fave anime!!) yet it didnt copy it completley unlike....Tokyo Mewmew!
