ok heres my problem Iam interested in joining a Rp, making a character ect, but Im not much of a Rper infact I suck pretty badley, what should I do?

Practice, ask questions, develop your writing skills, sort out ideas.
Once you start you'll improve from there.

Keep in mind:
-Character must be original, and has specific weaknesses and strengths

-Don't make 1 sentence posts. Atleast a paragraph is good.

-Keep it relevant to the topic, you can start one if you wish
