Hiromu arakawa did not draw the ANIME, ANIMATORS DID. And oh wow, he shows his butt, that doesn't really say anything, believe me.
Closest you get of Yaoi in Arakawa's case WOULD be her gag comics at the end of each manga, thats it.
Now back to your picture, other than the... disturbing picture. The quality is far poorer than ur usual works.
