Nothing to do with the RP board. Also, yes it shows your warning sign on the bottom. If the bar is filled that can lead to ban. But you don't have to worry. It says 0%

the bear he's talking about is in their browser... What browser are you using? The page must FULLY LOAD before it works.. It is fully compatible with IE and Firefox (except for glows)

Yeah ading on to what ????? said it also loads a couple of times before it is complete.On IE it take about 3 or 4 quick loads to be completly in RPG mode.
