Ed and Winry, in the anime its whatever but in the manga I'm pretty sure its clear as it is. I mean did you see the scene when Winry wanted to KILL Scar, I'm pretty sure Ed does it more than a friend would.

Also Just cuz their childhood friends doesn't mean the relationship exists.
Also Winry dumped Ling's proposal to be empress cuz she obviously had someone else! Ed!

In the Manga, I'm pretty sure its MORE than just an implication. I mean when Ed and Al were younger they fought over who'd marry Winry!

1. Roy did not use his alchemy in the movie? Why? Because he killed the Fuhrer with his alchemy (Which is like an attack to the military) NOT because Ed crossed over to the other side.

I'm sorry, but what you said was really stupid. There ARE signs that Riza and Roy like each other. Hence the Roy quote in the last episode. He wasn't just calling the world beautiful. And they don't NEED to tell eachother they like eachother. At leats you can tell. And while we're on that subject, does Ed evr tell roy "I love You"? We're not talking about Doujinshi or whatever here. And so what if Roy dates other girls while Riza's still there? Who ever said she didn't care? What? Is this supposed to be Sango and Miroku where Sango drags Miroku away from every girl he talks to?

And the reason why Ed doesn't "visit her more often" is because he has things to do. But he does think about her (shown in various episodes). And then there we go with the "I love You" crap. NO ONE IN THAT SHOW EVER SAYS I LOVE YOU. And Ed does kind of seem attracted to Winry (exps. in the manga).

Ed and Roy aren't anything else to me in the show but rivals/buddies. I mean if you say "Roy likes Ed" its like saying "Coke loves Pepsi".

...yeah know, in a preview for an episode, Ed makes the quote while talking about Winry, "I never realized... she could be thinking about me in that way." (Preview for "Her Reason") So saying there is no option for EdxWinry is stupid.

EdxRoy... I think he's more father-like to them, really. (He is twice their ages, after all. -_-) He challenges them to help them achieve their goal, but at the same time, uses them for his own purposes. Sure, you could say there's sexual tension there or something, but you REALLY gotta stretch it...

RoyxRize... well, if you've sene teh last episode, I think it's OBVIOUS... If you haven't seen it... and you're aurguing here... you're silly. =D You can't say nothing about a series until you've seen teh whole thing. that's like believeing the lies that in sailor Moon, Uranus and Neptune really are just "cousins" XD;

Personally, the farthest into the shonen ai world i go is gravitation, because thats actually real. Not some made up thing...in FMA yea ok royai fans that can be considered a fantasy, EdxWin fans yea ok maybe that too. But going by timeline and history...at thtat point in time up to the what 80s? Homosexuality was pretty much shunned by society , almost non-existant. But ok I guess whatever your fetish is go with it fangirls

I don't have a problem with this kind of stuff. If people don't like it, then they shouldn't put others down. That goes for either way- yaoi or non-yaoi, we shouldn't be putting others down because of our opinions. If people want to induldge in RoyxEd, then so be it. Isn't this supposed to be, like, an online community or something along those lines?

If you don't wanna see, don't look. It's that easy. Sure, your opinion matters, but it's how you say it that people really care about. If you guys go around saying, "Yaoi lovers are a bunch of sickos..." Well, who really wants to hear that? It's offending and it hurts people.

So, if you want to pleasantly give your opinion, that's great- by all means, please do, but you were warned that this was a yaoi thread in the title, and you read it at your own risk.

Personally (I may have said this) I will say that I'm not the biggest supporter of EdxRoy, but it doesn't bother me because I know that people really like it and I respect that. I do suuport RoyxRiza to a point, but EdxWinry just makes me peeved. I can't give any support of these opinions that you guys have from the actual series because I have not seen it all, but I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion, and not everyone has to like what the other has to say.
