1: signups start now and end this friday so everyone gets a chance actual contest starts next monday and judging will be asap
2: the 2nd round starts right after the first and ends the next day and so on
3:no stealing sigs or using old sigs they must be made right then
4:animated sigs aloud but not recomended
5:i have a point system set up kind a like a test heres the example:

Background is worth 40 pts
Picture is worth 20 pts
Texture is worth 10 pts
qualty is worth 20 pts
General skill is worth 10 pts
