There're alot of underappreciated characters, but the biggest one is probably Al. He's one of the main characters and he still doesn't get enough love at all! He's far better than Ed, and you can't help but pity that he's in armor. :( So we can't see his cute looks.

Down with Ed! Al should be the full metal alchemist! Because
A. He has way more metal (literally)
B. Cuteeee
C. He's way better than Ed x] He would have passed the State exams if it wasn't for his body. And he's younger! Also, he doesn't remember the gate! the kid is a friggin genius x]

Did you have to put Ed in the pull? People are gonna vote for him despite the fact that he gets more love than anyone else in the series...


I say Alphonse, for the reasons already posted. My second choice is Greed and gang, because....Let's face it....FOUR EPISODES! Four! -__- They have the most unique personalities and morals to boot, and....four episodes. <_<


Also, I'd like for Scar to get more love. NOBODY mourned for Scar's death, and if it wasn't for him:

Armstrong and Hughes don't get the love they deserve, but they at least had had some love.

Scarrr and Greed and gang need wayy more love. I mean, even the manga shows more love, this is an insult! First off, how dare they make Greed the first homunculus to die! (They did in the manga too but...) We didn't get to know much about him and yet they killed him off like that! Also they made it in NOT Such a cool way! Its absurd! Not to mention killed them off too quickly! In 2 episodes they killed off all of them except Martyl!

Gluttony needs more love D:, and Havok. You gotta pity Havok.

Greed needs WAY more love. So does Hughes. All the best charters are either the first to die or are incased in a suit of armor.

Scar deserves a h*** of a lot more credit.

I'm gonna go out a limb here and say: Dante. Everyone hates her, but if it weren't for her, FMA wouldn't have happened! (In the anime anyway) And all you Ed and Al obssessed fangirls:

No Dante. No body switching. Means no Hohenheim. MEANS NO ED, AL, ENVY, GREED, PRIDE, GLUTTONY, A NON ALCHEMIST IZUMI, WRATH, and even more! Sure, I hate her, but she needs more appreciation.

I voted for Scar and "Team Mustang".Scar is very under appreciated if it were not for him *Spoiler don't read unless up to episode 42* Al would not even be alive. Team Mustang because they don't catch enough credit [besides Hawkeye] when they hold them down all the time.By the looks on people on this board Gluttony don't get much love either [despite being one of my fav's].


The only other people i can think about is Law,Dorachette,Marta and the rest of Greed's gang,it's funny because a lot of people like Greed but not his gang.

Roy and his team, besides Riza(i would so hate Riza completly if she had not saved Roy's life a couple times, lol)
