Riordan The heart of the kingdom, it is here that the main castle is nestled. Built in a defensive style, and constantly prepared for a siege, it has an outlying wall that encompasses the city, and an inner wall surrounding the home of the king. While the population of the city causes sewage problems, the buildings are all fairly welcoming, suggesting financial ease for those who live there. The south-eastern portion of town is in shambles to say the least, however, and tends to be recognized as the slums. The regular guard that keeps the place devoid of most crime avoids the area. It is also the biggest city in all of Y'mir.

Faar A small village, but one favored by travelers. The place elicits a warm, welcoming feeling with the simple homes and hospitable people whom life there. Many of the denizens are men and women of faith, kind to almost everyone. It is rumored that they have even harbored people with guardian spirits in their town. A river runs through the center of the place, and a burnt, dismantled mill lies next adjacent to it.

Parnell The merchant city located at the mouth of the same river that runs through Faar. Very diverse cultures dwell along the cobblestone streets, and it is here that you can find anything and everything. Here is also where the thieves' guild is the thickest in the kingdom of Y'mir. A guard patrols the street, but usually with eyes made lazy by coin or coercing. Still, there have been no major displays of violence, so the king has not yet bothered to do anything about the matter. In the northern portion of the city there is a large port filled with ships, the entire western half is a shambled mass of poverty, and the eastern half is all markets.

Plains of Riordan These are the fertile grasslands which encompass both the king's city and various smaller villages such as Faar. Its mild weather conditions and aforementioned fortuitous growing capacity have allowed Y'mir to thrive, and several roads have been constructed through it. There is an occasional bandit, or member of the thieves' guild lurking about, however for the most part these roads are traveler-friendly.

Celes This is Le'lune's capital, shrouded by mystery to the inhabitants of Y'mir. It is a beautiful city by all accounts, with well maintained sewage, continually clean streets, and granular brick homes that glow under the refulgence cast by the setting sun. Citizens of the place seem to dwell comfortably, without any major hardships. The Roanoke woods lie to the south of the place.

Proliator du'Terra This is a sea-side town dominated by a huge fort. The people insist upon giving their small fisherman's village the same name as the grandiose construction, much to the dismay of mapmakers labeling their diminutive home. It is a place with many small boats drawn up to the shoreline, and nets cast about almost sporadically. The fish is succulent, while the hospitality and boarding leave much to be desired. The city is located far north of Celes

No man's land Far, far to the northwest of Celes, this is a barren, inhospitable stretch of land marked by unnatural cold. There is no living to be coaxed from the hostile area, only ethereal, disembodied cries of spirits who are said to mourn their previous existence. People have been exiled her many a time.

Roanoke Forest Located in the northern part of Y'mir and stretching from the northeast to eastern portion of the nation, these woods are the barrier between Y’mir and Le’lune. They are dark, but not at all unfriendly; in spite of the fact that people have a tendency to get lost among the vast stretch of trees. It is also here that the renegades have situated themselves, and they are impossible to locate. Y’mir’s king has tried. Their hideout of sorts is a city nestled comfortably into the foliage, and many that dwell within are skilled rangers.

The Quilette Desert Here, to the southwest of Y'mir, lay is a baking expanse of sand that no one thought could be salvaged as a dwelling. They don't know it, but the thieves' guild has proven them wrong. Toward the eastern portion of the desert there are sheer cliffs that rise up from the sand dunes. There, assassins and cutpurses alike have carved a fortress into the rock, aided by the caves. An oasis lies just two miles away.

Etherale Lake This beautiful expanse of water is settled comfortably on the easternmost fringe of the Roanoke Forest. A gushing waterfall fills it with the freshest of drinks, and wildlife is bountiful in its glade. Here one can go and feel at peace, as it is too far from any city for most to travel unless they decide specifically to go see it for themselves. And not many do.

The Selune and Cry'stal Rivers Selune is the river that was mentioned earlier, running through both Faar and Parnell. It is fed by the same falls as Etherale Lake, and though it gets dirtier the farther west you go, it is still a fairly clean river. Cry'stal, on the other hand, runs from the northeastern portion of Le'lune, just passing to the west of Celes before entering the Roanoke Forest.
