Just found this information about Carly performing at the LA Galaxy's Brit Night on May 2nd. Sounds like a cool event-maybe we'll get some pics/videos :

Found some more information about this Brit Night soccer event that Carly is gonna be performing at. It's part of Brit Week 2009, a week long event in Los Angeles-sounds like a really cool gig for Carly.

I'm thinking they must have done that write up before Carly was added to the show. The LA Galaxy's official press release (quoted above), the ticket website, and their team website all mention her as part of the show, so it sounds legit.

Brit Week now has Carly listed as a performer on their website. Hope they post pics/videos afterwards (looks like they had a red carpet from the video of last year's event, so there should be pictures). She mentioned in her Twitter that she gets to sing some of her own songs too. Yay!!!

They posted this ad with an old Carly pic - but I haven't seen anything new or anything showing her performance that night.

I noticed they have a Photo Gallery with pics from events earlier in the week, so hopefully they'll update it for the event where Carly performed. I also noticed they had pics from last year's soccer game, including the musical guests, so keep your fingers crossed. :shamrock:
