I'd love to see pictures of the shirts people are wearing! Oh, and hopefully everyone is wearing their green Carly wristbands!

I plan to make at least two more shirts, both with pictures of Carly on it. I found these iron-on transfer for stretchy shirts... meaning, the transfer stretches with the shirt and doesn't crack. I have the idea for one of my shirts but not the other. I want to use one of these pictures:


Any ideas for what they should say? For the last one, I was obviously thinking of making it like my signature with "Jump on the Carly Express!"

I bought mine at Target! It's fierce, yo.

I'm tempted to make a shirt with that first photo of Carly and one of Cook with an arrow pointing to it, with the words "BETTER THAN YOU" near it. Really tempted.

i'm wearing a shirt that says "Carly is my Idol" I'm sad though 'cause it's pink. I got it before I knew her tour colors. :( But I'm gonna wear green bottoms and a green shirt under it :D

Do you think it's overkill? The big pics are 8"x10". I just want Carly to notice it, no matter what angle she might be looking from :D

I saw a really cool poster. It was green of course, and cut out into the shape of a big arrow. On it was the words "OVER HERE CARLY" at the top, with the arrow pointing down.

I want to make a poster, but I think a 54 year old guy with a poster might get some odd looks. I wish I was young again, just for one day, the day of the concert.

Green shirts are so hard to find right now! Anybody else having this problem? I found ONE plain green t-shirt that I plan to Carly-ize but that's all I can find. I think I'm going to have to make the other one black... *sigh*

We got all our shirts for dirt cheap at Hobby Lobby. Of course they're probably not the best quality. I don't know if there's one anywhere near you. Hobby Lobby

Ahh crap. I just tried to iron on my first pic. My shirt is green, and Carly's pic came out all green. It's horrible. I'll have to toss the shirt, but I'll use it to practice. Maybe I used the wrong type/brand transfer? Any ideas?

Hmmmm.... I'm guessing you might want to go buy the transfers for dark shirts. I know they have them at Wal-Mart. The other transfers are only for white shirts, I think.

Btw I finished my shirt last night, exactly as described before. I left off the FI logo though. It looks awesome! I took some pics but I couldn't get my stupid camera to connect to the computer. I'll try again tonight.

^I think they mentioned that design in an article, didn't they? I had thought about using my signature but if I did, I would pick a couple different pictures as I would likely put it on my shirt in black and white... :)

i didnt have time to make a shirt because i was taking a big trip also and i just got back from mexico and went straight to the concert but i really wanted to make a big sighn but i had no time otherwise i wouldve made a really cool shirt!

I love all of these shirts!! They look great!! I am wearing my shirt in my sig. It was green and said I :heart: Carly and in the heart was Carly's sillouhette! On the back we tried the iron on transfers but it did not work, so I just wrote in puff paint Smithsonian #176 across my shoulders and in the middle I wrote Carly S. My American Idol 2008.
