Looks like Carly is taping this weekend for an episode of American Idol Extra on the Fox Reality Channel. Their new season starts on March 26th, so hopefully her part will air soon. That would be so cool if she got to sing one of her new songs on the show!!! Here's the information on the taping :

my DVR came up empty on a search for American Idol Extra. guess I don't the Fox Reality Channel *shrugs*

someone always puts it on Youtube anyway, so fingers crossed the same happens this year :)

The taping for the AI Extra episode is today, and I found this update over at MJO Online-according to Brooke's MySpace, the episode will air on Wednesday, March 25th on the Fox Reality Channel. Here's the quote from MJO :

Nancy from Michael Johns Online was at the taping of the AI Extra episode today, and this is what she said about Carly's performance. According to Brooke's twitter entries, the episode will air next Wednesday, March 25th. We get to hear Carly sing her new song. I can't wait to see it!!!

I had Nancy from MJ Online send me a pic of Carly on stage-she texted it to me (since it was on her cell phone), so now I just need to figure out how to get it on my computer. Wish me luck and stay tuned.....

Thanks Amy! If you don't have a wire to connect your phone to the PC, you could always take a picture with your digital camera (if you have one) of the pic on your phone. I know the quality wouldn't be the best but still

Finally got it to work-it's a little fuzzy since she took it on her cell phone, but Carly looks great and it's so cool to see her singing one of her own songs on stage :

Can't wait for this episode to air so we can hear Let Me Fall live. I sent Carly a MySpace message about it and she said she wasn't sure when it would be on, so hopefully she'll let us know soon.

Found this video over at MJ Online. It's from a Fox Detroit interview with former Idols about the pressure they're under while on the show. Looks like it was filmed at the AI Extra taping and there's a glimpse of Carly at the 0:50 mark. Not sure why they didn't interview her, but it's still pretty cool. Enjoy!!

That is cool to hear that she's almost finished with the album and she seemed really happy. The part about working like a "little beaver" is so "Oh Carly". Can't wait to hear more details!!

I taped the show last night to see if they mentioned Carly's segment. Michael Johns was supposed to be on but he wasn't-at the end of the show they said he'd be on next week (I think they moved his segment since his single is out Tuesday). No mention of Carly, but I hope she'll be on the following week. Cross your fingers everyone!!!

At the end of the show the host said next week will be a "jam packed with lots of surprises" but no mention of any specific performances. Since they have two eliminated contestants to interview, I'm not sure how much time they'll have for other stuff. We can always hope for Carly's segment, so keep your fingers crossed!!!

I saw the Mixhael Johns part and guess who was with him (for two seconds). Carly! Maybe that means she will be on next week. Fingers crossed!

It doesn't matter when they show Carly's segment, just as long as they do. I don't want to go bugging her on myspace seeing as Amy's already asked, so I'm just keeping everything crossed! :clover:

from the people that recorded in the same day that carly did ,still they didint show syesha ,blake,kristy and carly ,is hard to know the week that she will be.
