Here's a bulletin that appeared a moment ago on Carly's myspace about the Idol Experience - no new info, except it confirms everything.

The official opening date for Disney’s American Idol Experience is February 14th, but a gala Grand Opening will be held on February 12th. There will be a motorcade showcasing Celebrities that Guests in the park can see, there there will be a private party to celebrate the attraction’s opening.
Here are American Idol Celebrities scheduled to appear in the motorcade starting at 4:30 pm on Feb 12 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
Cast: Simon Fuller (Idol Creator), Paula Abdul, and Ryan Seacrest.
Former Winners: Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood, and Taylor Hicks.
Notable contestants: David Archuleta, Bo Bice, Jason Castro, Bucky Covington, Diana DeGarmo, Melinda Doolittle, Josh Gracin, Justin Guarini, Michael Johns, LaKisha Jones, Kimberley Locke, Sanjaya Malakar (!!!), Mandisa, Syesha Mercado, Chris Sligh, Carly Smithson, Phil Stacey, Brooke White, and Ace Young.
I’m a little disappointed that Randy Jackson and Kelly Clarkson aren’t on the list. But I’m sure it will be a great time anyway? Who’s coming?

I'm on the live streaming website and it says they have placed a huge blue carpet along Hollywood Blvd. at the Disney studio, so it sounds like the Idols will be walking the carpet and waving at fans. I really hope we get to see Carly. Cross your fingers everyone!!!

Carly is out now and she looks great!!! She's wearing an orange colored sleeveless dress and she talked alot to the reporters. I just heard her tell a reporter that she's been in the studio writing and recording her album and having the time of her life. She seems very happy. Yay!!! :ipod: :carly:

Joanna Pacitti being disqualified~ How original!

Here's what they & Carly said:

Here is a video of all the Idols doing the motorcade and blue carpet walk-Carly is on towards the middle (motorcade) and end (carpet walk). It's hard to hear what she said to the reporters but she looked very happy.
