I realized yesterday that things are probably a bit confusing for everyone, especially now that Cheryl and Mel are back from their Tour... I feel that people don't know whether to contact Cheryl, Mel, myself or all three of us for various issues that pop up on the board.

So, we decided to simplify things for everyone... the main change that is that we now have a board e-mail: forum@carlysangels.net. Please use this address for any questions, comments or concerns about the board. The well-known Carly's Angels e-mail is for site stuff only, not board stuff. Also, please do not PM Mel, Cheryl or myself personally about board issues - we will be creating an Admin user name that you can use to PM the three of us as a group (more on this soon). Of course, feel free to keep PMing us individually about non-Admin stuff... :yes:

Some examples of reasons you would need to use the new e-mail address: chat questions/concerns, project questions (including if you want to start a project that is Carly's Angels sponsored), street team questions, questions on how to use features on the board, etc. One of the three of us will get back with you as soon as possible.

I know all of this might seem confusing but we will do our best to help everyone get through this change. Of course, feel free to ask any questions... thanks, guys! :angel:

So my question is because this has gotten way too confusing now. Are you saying that if we have a question about Chats we can no longer post it in the Chat section or if we have a board question we can't post it in the Feedback board issues section?

No, Chase, you can still post your questions in the forums. This is just for people who want to send us questions as we don't always see the questions in the forums...

Hi, guys! This is Shelly, not Cheryl. This is the new username for the admins as a group - Cheryl, Mel and myself. We all three have our own usernames and this username will be used for board business only. Feel free to PM us with questions, comments or concerns. One of us will respond.

As Shelly said, please pm the carlysangels username with any board questions (if you want to talk to us by all means use our personal logins!). Also, to further clarify Shelly's explanation - if you have a question/comment about the board/chat, etc, and want to send an email, please use forum@carlysangels.net. If you want to report news/problems with the main site, send in email addresses for the contest or contact Melanie and I personally, use the gmail address.

Okay, guys... after many problems here the past few weeks, I decided that it's time to ask for everyone's help in letting me know if there are problems in the board. If you decide to do it by clicking on "report a post" then make sure you TELL ME what the problem in the space provided. Because the link I get just takes me to the general thread, NOT the problem post.

ALSO, please don't assume that I'm going to see a problem. I'm very busy, I have two jobs, friends that demand attention, etc. EVEN IF I post in the thread, doesn't mean I went back to previous pages and read everything. I mean, I try to read everything but I've been very busy and ADD lately. I am trying to do better, I swear. I really appreciate everyone helping me keep this board a wonderful home for Carly fans... :heart: :carly:
