Hi Guys,

Well i am getting my first moment to really gather my thoughts and reply to all your lovely messages . At the moment we are deep in rehearsal for the summer idol tour and could not be in a happier place . I am one again among amazing talent and in the company of dear friends . I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all your support and wishes through this very incredible journey . I will be eternally grateful to you all for voting each week and will try to make you all proud with a rocking hot record . I have been working on some music and I am very excited to see what the future holds for me . I do know that fortune is what you make of it so i will work very hard to not let you all down .

I have gained so much confidence through this experience . It is very hard to continue believing in yourself when u are being judged through a microscope by the world on a weekly basis but having all of you behind me and believing in me has helped me get stronger each day . The one thing i have learned through this whole experiencethat i want to pass on to you all is that perfection is ugly . I found so many imperfections about myself in the last year that i didn't see before . I hated them at first and tried to cover them up . It took me a while to understand this but they are part of my character and make me who i am . I have now learned to embrace and love my flaws and you all should too . Nobody is perfect and that is what makes us all unique and special (as lame as that sounds ).

I Will visit this page from time to time but just for brief use as we wont have much internet time on the tour . Myself and my family have set up a page for all of you to join though at myspace. com/carlysmithsononlyofficialpage (on my top friends). This page will be run by my wonderful Mom , my amazing cousin Dermot and our good friend Josh . I will be keeping them all updated with personal pictures of the tour and appearance schedules ( and juicy gossip from the tour buses ) . I will also be keeping a video diary for you guys to watch and will email it to my mom for the fan page every chance i get .

On another important note before i go please do not be fooled by others who say they are me . I have been informed of many fakers answering mail and blogging online under my name . This makes me sad as i do not want any of you to be fooled by false information from strangers . I also have been told that someone lied and pretended to be my girl friend , my husband Todd and my friend Kevin in many blogs . I assure u both of them have never blogged in their life so whoever you are please stop . There is one official page only and my family will keep it up to date . Last but not least i want to say thank you to my family for helping me so much with my fanpage . You are amazing and i love you and miss you very much !!!!!! Thank you so much again all of you . Thans so super sweet, we love you carly and we are glad your happy, i think your beautiful just the way you are and i think your right, everyone will find things about them selfs that they dont like but the thing they dont see is they are beautiful and loved they should feel comfertable just as they are.
