And I doubt this answers your question but I thought I'd let you and everyone else know. We talked to Carly about all the wonderful reviews she's gotten and she is so very thrilled! She even joked about how good the tour reviews are compared to the reviews she got while she was on AI... :haha:

Shelly, I'm talking about the book of reviews you compiled from Carly fans. Did you give this to Carly or did you not get enough reviews?

I have a question about the questions for Marie-is it ok to ask her if Carly is working on her own album or when she will be signed to a label or when the album will be out? I think I saw in the rules that we were not supposed to ask that. Everyone is so excited to hear some news that I'm sure that's one of our main questions.

Here's another question... Carly and Marie or just one of them can answer it. I'm sure at this point they have both been asked a lot of questions, some that are the same over and over again and I really want to know this.

Shelly-I didn't mean to ask so many and I know Marie might not know any specifics, but hopefully by us sending them ahead of time she can ask Carly if she doesn't know the answers herself. I think by doing it this way the next chat will be so much better (and more enjoyable) for us and Marie.

Yeah Shelly I thought she had already answered that question after I asked it, but I wasn't sure. The Tulsa AP was so amazing that it's all still a blur to me (like one of those can't believe it happened type moments).

Can I add a couple more questions or am I beeing too hoggish? If so, here they are :
-How is Carly feeling about her future (hopefully very optimistic because we all are)?
-Has she started to record any songs for her own album yet?

Question: How well would you say the people of Ireland know Carly. Do most of them not know about her, does everyone know about her, or somewhere in between the two?

I could add some that I came up with yesterday but I don't want to seem like I'm hogging the Q&A thread, so I was gonna let everyone else post first. I can add some tonight if they are still coming in slowly.

I have a question. I can understand if Carly chooses not to answer.

Has Carly decided on what her solo cd/album will be called?

I can ask that, Jay, but if I remember correctly, she wasn't going to tell anyone because she had to copyright it first. Anyone else remember this?

I know that Marie would tell us if she knew anything about Carly being signed to a record label, but do you guys think it will happen soon? I'm sure everyone is getting anxious (including me) to hear something.

My thought is that we'll first hear about it from the record company. I highly doubt Marie can say anything before an official announcement. Then again, it might depend on if she signs with a major or indie label...

Shelly, didn't you say she was supposed to be meeting with some producers soon? If so, maybe we'll get some news.

Since questions are slow I hope it's ok I ask a few more... Once again most either Marie or Carly could answer. One I do want to ask Marie just in general because I like the opportunity of us getting to know her more as a person as well and since she knows some of these things automatically about us, I'm only curious to know the same from her.

1- As you know Carly has been a big inspirition to a lot of her fans and we know some of hers, but Marie who inspires you?

2- This is specifically for Carly...Because as it is no secret that she has worked so hard for so long to live her dreams as an artist and I really want to know because sometimes it's so hard to really continue trying.. What pushed you and inspired you to continue trying for your dreams?

3- If you could have a conversation with any person from anywhere or anytime, who would you want to talk to and why? (Either one can answer)

4- What would be at the top of your list of things you would want to do/accomplish in your life? (Either one can answer)

5- For Carly, how do you feel being looked up to and an inspirition to so many people?

6- For Marie, What was your favorite book by Stephen Leather?


P.S. Ok I think that's enough for now... I tried to keep it off topic from all the near future related topics since there are plenty of questions coming from there and I know once things get settled down and worked out Carly, Marie, and the people working with Carly will let us know. But I also didn't want to go to personal, but I would personally like to get to know them both more as a human being and not just "an artist" and "an artist's mom". Especially considering most of our chats with Marie are Carly related I thought this would be the best way to get to know her. But Shelly if any of these are too much to ask then that's fine as well. I tried to keep it as simple as possible. :)

P.S.S I know everyone is anxious about getting some official news about any relations to Carly and music, especially about her getting signed, but I'm just putting my 2 cents in.. We're all very excited, but never lose faith in her, she knows what she is doing and what way she plans on going either it being a major label or indie label, there will be waiting periods before we can know anything at all. We just have to keep our heads up and trust that Carly will infact make sure we know first hand what's going on when it's ready to be told.

Carly really has a set career now. It's all in her hands and much more reliable for her then what has been brought in the past, so I encourage her to take her time and do exactly what she wants and not rush because us fans want something. She is not losing us and we will have to keep a lot of patience on certain things and this is being one of them. Just always trust that she is doing all she can and will make the wait worth while once we do recieve news on any of her music, because it all will be worth the wait. :hug:
