Carly was spectacular. She first sang Bring me 2 Life by Evanescence. That was my favorite one of hers, hearing her sing in person you can better tell just how powerfull her voice really is, I had chills on that one. Then she did Crazy on You by Heart. She started that one out really slow, so she kind of lost a lot of the audience on that one, most people sat down for it and never got back up when she rocked it. I was definitely not one of those people!! For her last song she did I Drove All Night and dedicated it to the driver of one of the rigs for the show. She said before the tour is over, he's gonna let me drive his truck.

I'm guessing that reviewer who gave Carly a B+ gave the 2 Davids As and no-one else? Just so I know how much praise that grade actually is.......

Yep, the two Davids were the only ones with A's but Carly should have gotten one too. I listened to last night's show on Rickey's cellcast and I heard her talking about the truck driver. It was so cute and the crowd went nuts. I hope someone posts it on You Tube.

I really meant I'd love to see the footage of her driving the truck on Youtube (probably won't happen), but even footage of IDAN would be great :wub:

Well seeing as they gave the 2 Davids As, we can pretty much make Carly's B+ into an A (comparative to the other 7), seeing as the reviewser was obviously biased towards the finalists.

Carly. You gotta love her. I can just see her driving one of those big rigs :w00t: . I think the best job in the world though, would be driving one of the buses. Heck I'd do it for free :P

Yep, that's what I was thinking. There was a newspaper review of the Minneapolis show the other day and Carly got the highest grade of everyone except the Davids. They got A's and she got a B+. Those newspaper guys are really picky, so that's a good grade considering.

Carly was fantastic...looked beautiful...sounded amazing..she dedicated "Drove All Night" to their bus driver...an older man... who stood at the front of the stage..below the catwalk thing while she sang...it was really cute...he loved it.

Carly with her blowing hair was a vision. LOVED HER. She came and knelt by us at the end of the stage. We sang, cheered, danced. She dedicated “I drove all night” to Freddie, the truck driver. She said that she was going to drive truck before the end of the concert. My two daughters absolutely loved her.

Carly was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. She was my favorite girl from the show, and she still remains my favorite girl. "I Drove All Night" was one of my favorite performances.

After the show-Then Carly came out. She is one of the most gorgeous girls I have ever seen in my life. I absolutely adore her accent.
Someone had a baby, and they wanted Carly to take a picture with it. Carly started fawning over it. She's like, "this is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. I want to keep it! Look at her precious cheeks!" Then she proceeded to cover it up in her arms and run away with it like she was going to steal it. It was hilarious. She then called Chikezie over to take a picture with her and the baby. She's like, "come here; it's family portrait time!" He laughed and said it was an interracial family. The proceeded to take this picture. It is adorable.
