I've heard people say that Carly is an inspiration, and she is. What I would like to hear is, how exactly has she inspired you? Or how has she influenced you, etc?


One thing she has done for me is rekindled my interest in music. Before then I had all but stopped listen to anything new because I was stuck in the 60's (LOL) and didn't think there was any new stuff out there worth listening to. But thanks to Carly I've learned that I was wrong .... there really is some good music out there.

Another thing is that I've learned how important it is to follow your dreams. I won't go into any detail here, but let's just say that through determination I've been able to accomplish things I never thought I would.

Carly has also changed my whole outlook on tattoos. So much that I want one myself, and that is a goal I hope to achieve next year.

Carly has inspired me in so many ways and I won't be able to say it all...

but most of all is she inspired me to just be comfortable with who I am! Growing up I always stayed reserved and never let people know who I really was because I was afraid some wouldn't like me or think I'm weird.... but now,

I'm someone who loves everything pink, is obsessed with all types of music from Marilyn Manson to Britney Spears, doesn't like reading novels, is a total high fashion fanatic, loves tattoos, piercings, and extensions, and of course...love love love to sing!

Carly has inspired me that everyone deserves a second chance in life and what they want to get out of it.
Carly has inspired me to go for the things i want out of life no matter what,and to work as hard as i can to get there.
Carly has inspired me to shoot for my dream and never give up.
Carly has inspired me that there are still amazing artists willing to set a good role model for their fans.
And most of all Carly has inspired me to be who i am as a person,no matter what happens I am who I am.

Carly has inspired me in lots of ways, from my love of tattoos to my love of everything Irish. haha

But mainly she has inspired me to never take anything for granted. I mean the mishap with her first record deal. And now she has this, it's going so well for her and she seems to be enjoying every minute of it.

So she just inspires me to be HAPPIER TO BE MYSELF, to be happier for what and who I have in my life. And to cherish the moments and the good times I have and the times that will come.

this is a really great topic Jay! I have been inspired by Carly in so many ways, so its hard to think of them all, but I will list the ones I can think of..

Carly has inspired me to never give up on my dreams..Even if it doesnt work out the first time, if it is meant to be, it will happen.

Carly has inspired me to have a better outlook on tattoos..i NEVER judged ppl before when they had them, but Carly has shown me that tattoos can define ur personality..

umm, idk how all of that sounds...its hard to put it into words, but i hope u can understand it lol..thats all i can think of now, but there are many more ways se has inspired me :)
