Found this over at the We Are The Fallen Fans forums-their website lists the band as their client :

This site has gone live...well, sort of.

This is a brand new management company that is headed by Steve Karas, who was a spokesperson and vice president of publicity for Wind-up Records.

This management company houses We Are the Fallen, Hana Pestle, and some other really kickass bands, including Chevelle, Ours, and Hurt. Search for some of these bands on Myspace, you may like what you hear

It says that there's a company announcement next week.

Basically it's a list of bands supported under this new label. I happen to actually own an album -purchased on iTunes - from one of their bands called Thriving Ivory. It's quite good.

They are right about Steve Karas' former position at Wind Up & the other contact - Keith Hagan - has pretty extensive music industry background as well.

Steve Karas & Keith Hagan are pleased to announce the opening of their new company: SKH Music.  Karas and Hagan have logged over 20 years each as respected PR executives in the recording industry.  The mission statement of SKH is simple – Super-serve a reasonable number of clients with a creative forward-thinking strategy.  The principals will always be directly involved in designing, and implementing the strategic initiatives of each publicity/marketing campaign, conducting the outreach and delivering.  Upon opening, a respected roster is already taking shape with diverse clients that include We Are The Fallen, The Gutter Twins, Chevelle, Cruel Black Dove, Starsailor, Company Of Thieves, Locksley, Manraze, The Lost Fingers, Hana Pestle, Boyce Avenue, My Jerusalem and others.

Lots of new SKH Music news coming this week. Watch this space!

No specific mention of WATF, but with what we heard from Carly on the chat recently, could this be an announcement related to them?

Guess we'll have to wait and see...& hope...
