Hi Angels.
I am scrambling to decide how to regroup everything given this new news and I wanted to see what everyone thinks. I bought thefallen-angels.net and thefallen-angels.com this morning so we can continue to support Carly and her new bandmates.

I am still considering options for the website and forum, but wanted to see what everyone thinks. Obviously we came together to support Carly first and foremost but I am sure we will grow to know and love each of her bandmates over time. For now, I am setting up a temporary option 3 until I decide what to do, but wanted to consider what all the angels think.

I'll be the first - I said both, but I can see this is a tough decision. I think we need to cover The Fallen as one entity, but we can continue to cover Carly on her own where it's appropriate (such as personal stuff, interviews, or possibly future solo stuff).

Just a thought...

I voted both too. Nathan was spot on IMO. I just can't see myself NOT talking about Carly specifically, after all this time.

I voted both,because we all came together because of Carly specifically and they both deserve a forum for both.(hope that made sense Im still on a rush and can't think) :lmao:

I voted both, and I agree with what everyone else said. We should still support Carly because we all were brought together for that reson, but we should also support the Fallen, because Carly is now a part of tht group, and they deserve plenty of recognition too :)

I'd say focus this forum on Carly.

I vote both, but I see no reason to change the site name - supporting Carly is what brought us all together, and that doesn't change just because she's in a band. Of course we'll support her band, but it is her voice and talent that we were all mad about in the first place, therefore I think we should stay as Carly's Angels, covering both Carly and the band on the site and forum.

But in the end it's up to you Cheryl :)

Just something i noticed on Carly's myspace:

1. none of the banners work
2.angels banner has not been addded to her new myspace yet

I noticed that too. they will have to fix that and hopefully add the CA banner. I wonder who is in charge of it now?

Okay, yeah I don't think we should change the name! It brought us all together, why change it. We can supports Carly alone and her band all right here. lol

I just want to reassure everyone. I am NOT changing the site name or removing the site. We're going to love this band but Carly is what brought us together and she will always have our support no matter what she does.

I did buy www.thefallen-angels.net which I am either going to do a small separate site for The Fallen or link it to Carly's Angels.

I might put Carly's Angels and The Fallen Angels on the banner at the top because I think it's fun, but I'm not changing the site name so don't worry!!

I've had alot of things going on this week and wanted to make sure I was answering this right.

As far as www.thefallen-angels.net and just my opinion,but this is how I will answer your question: haha bear with me:

Since carysangels will remain-I think it's main focus should be Carly but keeping the subforum for The Fallen.

I would love to see www.thefallen-angels.net focused on The Fallen as a whole.

I would love to see subforums I believe they are called added to this forum focused on:

1. The lead singer(Carly)
2.Each member of the band

These guys look and seem amazing and I know we will love them all and probably pick our favorites.

I feel this would be great because they each have their own twitter page and myspace page,so it would be cool to have each member with Carly having their own subforum to post interviews,etc. on just that member.

Ok this forum I say should stay like it is supporting Carly as the main focus,and keeping the subforum for The Fallen.

Im also saying the other forum Cheryl will be doing to be The Fallen for the main focus and subforums for Carly and each band member.

Im not opposed to 2 forums cause someones gonna start one and it should be us :P

Actually, I like Nancy's idea about a different section for each singer, but I don't want to start another forum - i don't want to spread out our members or moderators, and there is already another forum started for The Fallen with a lot of members from the EV message boards. I'd rather put our energy into street team stuff personally.

The domain I bought is for a website, not a forum. Probably just something simple, but not sure what I'm gonna do.

I will make subforums for each band member here at Carly's Angels for everyone for now and we'll see how that works. But my headache is back again and I am sooo tired so I'm going to bed.

Spending fathers day with dad tomorrow and trying to go to bed early so I can go to work early and come home early for 3 p.m. Monday

I like the idea of keeping it more about Carly, but also including the other band members now. The different subforum for each band member is a good idea, and then plus this subforum for The Fallen. The guys deserve just as much recognition as Carly now because they are with her now, although I know Carly will always be our main focus, but it never hurts to share that love and support, because i know we have a lot to go around. :P

That's what I thought Cheryl meant - one forum, and I think the subforums is a great idea - it'll make things easy to find for a start.

I agree with keeping the focus on the street team - that's where all the hard work will be done over the next few months especially as we try to build on this week's publicity.

i think both of course. the fallen is part of carly, and its everything we've been waiting for. it is the next step in carly's career and we will keep following her til the end no matter what she does. and if we move on to just the fallen, that would be forgetting where she came from and how she got this far. i see carlysangels as a book. it includes chapters from ultimate high all the way to the fallen, and we cannot forget what it took for her to get this far.

I totally agree!!!! plus the band is a huge thing in her life now so we should show both sides.....carly.....and the band. But i also agree in the end it is up to the people like cheryl who are running everything!
